Located next to the small harbour of Volosko, from which it takes its name, Trattoria Mandrać truly lives up to it with its menu.
The food served here is typical of a traditional trattoria: soups, maneštra (Istrian vegetable stew), high-quality pasta with homemade šugo (meat sauce), fish, shellfish, and squid… all infused with the flavours of the Mediterranean and the sea, which are the main gastronomic inspirations. Within the trattoria, there is also a wine cellar offering a rich selection of wines, available for purchase or tasting, accompanied by bites of cheese and prosciutto. Additionally, there is a butiga – a small shop where visitors can sample and take home the authentic flavours of the region.

Ravioli filled with ricotta, parmesan, and basil in truffle sauce, fritto misto with vegetables, crispy octopus with honey-mustard salsa served with polenta and potatoes with Swiss chard.
