On the occasion of the ninth edition of the international cycling race CRO Race in Opatija, a temporary traffic regulation and parking ban will be in effect on the roads where the race will pass, in order to ensure all safety measures for the successful organization of the finish of the third stage, scheduled for Thursday, October 3, 2024, around 3:40 p.m.

• Parking ban:
  - on M. Tita Street from the intersection with V. Nazora Street to the intersection with V. Gortana Square (Slatina) from October 2 at 6:00 p.m. to October 3 at 7:00 p.m.;
  - on M. Tita Street from the intersection with V. Jože Street to the intersection with M. Oertela Street (from the Palace Bellevue Hotel to the entrance road to the Grand Hotel Adriatic) on October 3 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  
  Drivers are advised to follow the traffic signs and refrain from parking in prohibited areas, as all vehicles found in restricted zones will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Special traffic regulation and road closure:
  - on October 3, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., to ensure the smooth passage of the race on the roads Pavlovac – I. M. Ronjgova – Dr. Ivana Poščića – Nova cesta – Velog Jože – Maršala Tita – Rikarda Katalinića Jeretova.

On Slatina promenade on October 3, starting at 11:00 a.m., a public event will take place, including the fifth edition of the virtual race for children, Kids CRO Race, which aims to encourage children to engage in recreation and sports and raise awareness about the positive health impacts of cycling on both society and individuals.
